What do the words "Nerd," "Dork" and "Geek" mean to you? How do you use them to refer to people? What are the differences in their connotations?

A geek is smart. A nerd is a geek, except that he acts stupid like a dork. A dork is not smart, he just acts stupid, and unlike the nerd has no redeeming qualities.

OK, um, I'm a dork. acts weird and out of their age I guess. I'm 17 acting like...17...actually I still talk about old times like about old nick shows and all. Old cartoons I used to watch, stuf fliek that I guess. Times when I can say, "back then"...

Nerd, knows a lot of something. I think a nerd is less bad compared to geek, maybe. I think a nerd is the stereotypical nerd, knows a lot on something like computers and actually only computers. yeah, i think nerds relate to computers and geeks to anything els ebut nerds and geeks are the same only different name for different area of knowledge...yeah. Did you get that???

To me, a nerd knows everything especially in computers. A geek is someone who is smart, but is a left out. And a dork is someone who is dumb and always acts that way. In my school, I'm considered a geek.
